No training, diet, or anything other than a lazy lifestyle. Very little to no muscle here.

At 175 in this picture. Want more mass, but I understand that I'm on a cut, and I'm not genetically gifted LOL

This is after a workout, no flex. Training is good now, but diet is still poor, and cardio is not done. Still need to get on those two important aspects, but proper training and a slightly better lifestyle has paid off. No supps except for a multi-vitamin, and protien powder I picked up a week before this picture.
