Although I do slip from time to time, I've realized that I don't want to be fat again. I've hit what I didn't want to, about 3 times now. Now with more career goals and projects that involve me looking better, these are just a few of the things that keep me motivated.

I use VP100 Octane, Red Line, Royal Purple supps your Royal Swoleness. Have gone .030 over but will use .125 overbore with more stroke ratio on all my mechanics. There is no replacement for displacement.

Good to see you back training. I almost didn't go to the gym yesterday but thought about it real hard and didn't want to get left behind the band wagon with all our brothas killing the steel. Only gripe I have is this annoying leak at the oil drain plug which I will fix before hitting the 1/4 miler...
