How I Started:
After getting into a lot of trouble during high school, I was left with a lot of time on my hands. I lost a considerable amount of weight during that time after being a chubby kid most of my adolescent life. Once I came home I didn't really leave the house, so I picked up a bench set and started from there.
Why I Love It:
Not only does it relieve stress, but it helps me look and feel better. I don't see a downside either way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Although I do slip from time to time, I've realized that I don't want to be fat again. I've hit what I didn't want to, about 3 times now. Now with more career goals and projects that involve me looking better, these are just a few of the things that keep me motivated.
