I have always been super active... I playied tons of sports, taught dance... the list goes on and on. I grew up around body building and the health and fitness lifestyle has always felt like home to me. Like most, I can't pin point exactly when the downhill slide began, but its time to get back to the girl I used to be. :D
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of accomplishment and confidence that you can't get anywhere else. Being fit also positively influences those around you and the ones you love because they see you doing it and not only do they want to do it too, they have the perfect resource!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at beautiful women that I would love to look like both here and in the gym and finding out how they achieved that look. EVERY ONE HAS SOMETHING TO TEACH YOU.

"The gym isn't a beauty pageant, its the gym. If you don't look like a sweat drenched mess by the time youre done you aren't working hard enough. Everyone here is working for the same thing and nine times out of ten they are more concentrated on their own work out than watching you and that last 1, should be." ~ Jerry my trainer :D

The short term goal for right now is to get back down to 175 after a few months of falling off the wagon*
Goal (Long):
I stumbled upon pictures of me when I was younger and WOW! I had a killer body. I miss having the energy, the stamina, the confidence, and the cute clothes! LOL. I have learned a lot about myself in these past few years and its high time that I start getting my life in order for me. I never felt that I was worth putting myself first and have a definite fear of being successful in my life (you know what they say, its lonely at the top and success makes many enemies). But I'm worth it and I know that at 22, if I don't get my stuff together, I'm setting myself up for the same in the future. HERE WE GO!ITS GOING TO BE A WILD RIDE :D
GOAL: Get down to a stunning, fit, sexy, 125 lbs*:D
You definitely inspire me to achieve my dream of being healthy and gorgeous! Thank you for all of your hard work... it truly inspires other women to take care of their beautiful bodies of every size and shape and push us in the gym to be the very best that we can be!
standard bicep curls with free weights seem to have been the best as well as weighted push ups :)

hey hun! July to jan I see a HUGE difference!!!!! Keep it up and you will get there. The moment you give up is the moment you fail. If I gave up because I thought I couldnt do it or because it would take forever I would still be 170 pounds. Keep positive! I believe in you =-)
