mine is fine... i dont wake up that early though! im trying to start to work out tqice a day doing cardio in the morning and starting to lift in the after noon though

thanks!! me im trying to loose a little bit more of water weight though.. yeah ive been eating lots of oatmeal. !!!! but idk- my bf talks to me a lot about mind to muscle kind of things- like doyou do that?? its basically just whenyour so focused on one muscle thatyouur working on and he says that you get a much better workout if you try that.. but idk, sorry im just amazed at your abs!!! kinda wierd to say but its truelol have all you done is just leg raises ???

yeah that did sound a little strange to me... oh well lol yeah ive been doing the leg raises - 4 sets of 12 or so but it hurts more on im upper legs than my actual abs... am i doing them wrong?? like i was thinking if i only let them go down to a certain point if you get what im saying... idk but thanks your your advice!!! oh and i was also wondering if oatmeal is good for cuttine down??? i know its a slow digestant or something but im not sure??

yeah that would be great!!! and dont worry about not being able to send a pm!!! but yea your abs are ****in awesome!!!!! ive been speed walking on a tredmill with it inclined very very high cuz a read some where and heard from people that that particulary workout really helps out your lower abs... what do you thing??

i eat some fruit but not a lot and then i have been trying to add a lot more protein into my diet as well. since i am new i have also been trying to eat more often but smaller meals... so right now i dont really have a fixed diet like you have... :( but i still need to figure out my workout routines and then nutrition
