When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
i was starting to gain a little weight so i tried some weightloss and lost my extra water wieght. Now that i like my results i got informed about fitness competitions and got very interested. So now im going to try gaining muscle.
Why I Love It:
I started to work out very hard and loved the results. Now im going to push myself harder and gain some muslce. Maybe enter into some fitness competitions
How I Stay Motivated:
through my bf, and my results. He is a bodybuilder so i get good advice.
I want to lean out more and gain muscle. I would like to start lifting more and try gaining 10 pounds of muscle onto my frame as soon as i can. However i would like to keep doing cardio as much as often.

Workout Program:
i workout at the ymca... weak i know. however i run for at least 40 minutes every other day. on the days that i dont run im trying to start lifting hard. i eat plenty on nutritional fooda and im working on working more proteins into my diet.
first you need to get pump what i meanlook at you self in a mirrow and say to your self i am almost they and i am not going to give up that may look crazy but it work try it out dont look at other but look at your self and no you can do it let me no how everthing going the next day afther your work ok
yeah changing your diet makes a big difference... in the end your diet determines how cut you look. right now i am not on a diet... i eat whatever i want.
mind to muscle thing does work... especially when you squeeze the muscle that you are working you feel it so much more. when i was training i found that the change in my diet made me look more defined. so i didn't really do abs exercises.. just changed my diet and my abs started to look more defined. briefly i tortured myself with carb cycling and that got my abs looking cut pretty quickly.
if you feel it more in your legs try harder to use ur abs only to raise your legs. oatmeal is a good thing to eat.. it will keep you full longer ;-) you are looking pretty lean though to me... does not look like u have a issue with fat.
thanks so much ;-) i have never heard that walking on a treadmill at a high incline helps the lower abs... that does however work great for your ass and hams. hanging leg raises & decline leg raises work well for the lower abs.
