My goals are to lose all the fat and gain at least 5 - 15 pound of lean muscle... As long as i lose most of the fat and my six pack is showing than the bulk can be my long term goal.

Well just got back from the gym... i really think im getting tired of this whole lifestyle atm.. So many stressful things going on atm and life is really flying past me and i feel as though im getting left behind..
As for my training and health/fitness... Im in the best shape of my life......

I think you best bet would be to lift weights like 3 or 4 times a week but just do lighter weights with higher repetition.... it will cause you to get super ripped and you will gain just a small amount of size. Trust me dude light weight high rep weights pluss cardio will get you super lean and cut. Good luck dude

Right on man you'll get there in no time. The reason I suggested you lift some weights is because lean muscle mass increases your metabolism so you burn a lot more fat so basically the leaner you wanna be the more muscle you need to have. I'm a certified personal trainer by the way.
