Well just got back from the gym... i really think im getting tired of this whole lifestyle atm.. So many stressful things going on atm and life is really flying past me and i feel as though im getting left behind..

As for my training and health/fitness... Im in the best shape of my life......

I think you best bet would be to lift weights like 3 or 4 times a week but just do lighter weights with higher repetition.... it will cause you to get super ripped and you will gain just a small amount of size. Trust me dude light weight high rep weights pluss cardio will get you super lean and cut. Good luck dude -Kdeazy

Right on man you'll get there in no time. The reason I suggested you lift some weights is because lean muscle mass increases your metabolism so you burn a lot more fat so basically the leaner you wanna be the more muscle you need to have. I'm a certified personal trainer by the way.
