How I Started:
I've always wanted to lose weight and get in shape, but have never been really serious about it until recently. When I met my ex-boyfriend, who was always lifting weights, I started to really feel uncomfortable about the way I looked. He got me to start going with him to the gym and I lost 30 lbs. I kinda fell off the bandwagon and gained some weight back, but I recently got back on track.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, and I know that every drop of sweat is a step closer to getting the body I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing all the girls on here like CT who look absolutely amazing keeps me going. Looking at myself in the mirror and seeing how I could look better.

Oh the flu always gets you down! I just started school and I am coming down with some sort of sickness, so I have been really slacking lately! I am going to try and do some aerobics tomorrow, a little working out it better than nothing!
