I started training on a daily basis my sophomore year of high school to realize my dream of earning a college football scholarship. I trained 6 days a week, 3 hours a day.
Why I Love It:

Goal (Overall):
To eat right and work hard to enhance life.
Goal (Long):
After a broken back and a hypothyroidism diagnosis I have gained an immense amount of weight. I ballooned up over 80 lbs in just over a year with the shutdown of my endocrine system (50 lbs in 6 months). Memory loss, body aches/pains, zero testosterone production (has returned with therapy) , severe lethargy and weight gain were all serious symptoms. Due to the weight gain I have lost much self confidence and happiness. Formerly a 220 lb linebacker and captain I ran a 4.5 sec 40 yard dash and trained 6 days a week 3 hours a day. Today I find it difficult to wake up in the morning and struggle to run more than a couple 40 yard dashes. I NEED to fight beyond my medical issues mentally, eat healthier, train hard and become what I want to be. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs, become defined and toned (not as bulky as I was during football) and overall feel healthier physically and mentally. I know I can do this!!!
