I started traing back in high school for football... All I cared about was how much weight i could life! Then during my junior year of collge playing football i decided i wanted to train for a bodybuilding show! I then soon realized there was a lot more to it than just lifting heavy weight... It had to be a life style... Soon after that i compressed my L4 L5 and S1. My dream of playing football at the next level was gone... Now all i had was bodybuilding! Once i got back in the gym i never looked back!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has made me more responsible and commited to life out side of the gym, as well as helped influenced other members of my family to live a better and healthier life!
