I want to be at around 180-200 lbs some time around 2008 with low bodyfat, and a bench of 300 or more. 17 inch arms, 46 inch chest, 27 inch quads, 17 inch calves.
Finally benching 200 on decline! acheived my goal two weeks early! Need to put up 75's on incline by christmas and 200 on flat bench by christmas..putting up 180 now for 4 reps.
