thanks dude, not sure of the measurements, just try to go by the mirror. Not really sure about lifts either as I dont max. I try to really focus on the mind/muscle connection. Just keep at it and you will hit that goal. For me at least to get to 200, i had to eat so much damn food it was crazy.

thanks dawg for the comment. I try to rely on supps as little as possible. What i do use though is just some whey protein, flax oil, and will take a preworkout drink (white flood is my preference) if I have the funds.

thanks for the offer man. If i ever do decide to compete I will keep that in mind. I wouldnt mind doing at least one show sometime in my life, but I really dont think its for me. I cant imagine getting infront of people and posing....
