I do all natural competitions I'm not big enough for any other shows. You show try a natural show I will help you if you want. Its a great feeling to compete.

hey bro,
im bulkin for 2-3weeks, gettin my metabolism back up, get my LBM back on that i lost, and runnin again (2-3miles a night) when i start cuttin again which will be the last cut before bein ripped, flat should fly off
