How I Started:
I got started playing sports in high school. I wanted to be better so I got educated! I went out and received a certification from the International Sports Science Association. I have trained every type of client imaginable in every special population with over 10,000 session hours behind me! As a professional in my field I have to lead by example and never ask a client to do anything I do not do myself!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment! I love to test my limitations and live on the edge of sanity! Being addicted to health and fitness is about the best addiction I can think of! ;) Other than sex and tattoos!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it, it can be hard, but you just have to have the fighter spirit! Never make excuses, either you are moving forward or you are moving backwards, I prefer forward! BB Accomplishments:
Went from being a little scrawny kid from nowhere to become a professional athlete! I have had 4 professional Mixed Martial Arts cage fights with a (3-1) record. Undefeated grappling tourney record (8-0). Absolute and Advanced division championships.

Hopefully the Monday came and went and there was no major problems with work or working out....I wanted to drop a line or two and say its official - my professional course is in full swing and the Physical training is demanding but I am taking it on one day at a time and I will keep ya posted. Brotherman!!! Has been awhile! how is training? I see your putting up those 100 lb. barbells!!! lol, i will get there. anyways, when is the next fight? I am trying to find a new trainer and was going to give up training man after a downfall with mine. Found out he smoked weed and did some horrible stuff to other people I am against but instead, I kicked him out of my regimen. Hit me up man and keep in touch.
