Thanks...but that pic hasn't been updated since before I left for Spain. I have been struggling with lower body fat for a while and want to strip away the fat. I am on page 24 of 51. You got everyone talking.
I posed this question in another thread, but I would like your opinion. I miss the StairMaster at my gym back home, and I cannot wait to get back on it. I read the comments, but I am still unsure. Is it okay to do the cardio if my body is able to handle it?

AmAZING transformation Aarom!! Yay for being future doctors:) I was on keto for a month. Now I ve plateaued so I m thinking of doing velocity for the next two weeks...what are your thoughts ??

Hey Aaron! I just ordered some Napalm last night and should be here next week. Whats worked best for you with this product? Like what times or whatever. I'm on 2 a days right now at the gym. I'm doin cardio at about 6:30 am til about 7:30...shower and go to work. Then work til about noon and hit the gym again for another hour to lift. Do you think I should put it on after I shower both times at the gym?

I know your not my biggest fan, but I am still commenting on your excellent progress. I also had a question if you don't mind. If your goal is to lose weight, why did you decide to bulk? The only reason I can think of is because I always see advice that muscle burns fat. nevertheless, good job and keep it up!
