Overall Goal: To not be defined by my disability.
To accept this change and 'roll' with it!

When I Started:

How I Started:
I began before the accident but was never very serious about it. Starting back up has been basically life or death.. in a sense that I'd be bedbound right now if not for bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Simply the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Noticing small changes every day motivate me. If I am doing well, I want to push harder! If I'm doing poorly, I need to push harder!

My goal is to be leaner, faster, and STRONGER than ever before. I've come this far, I can go farther! I want to be my best!
Reduced mobility has given me the need to be stronger than before.. physically and especially emotionally!
This past March, my fitness (and my entire life!) took a nosedive. I happened to be involved in a catastrophic car accident that left me nearly dead. It happened to be in the middle of nowhere and the chances of any kind of help getting there in time were slim - especially with the condition I...
