Seeing results.
BB Accomplishments:
Seeing and feeling bigger pecs, biceps and triceps. There's still too much flab around my gut, but I feel my abs for hours after I work them. Once I cut more fat around there, I hope to see some tone. I'm down about 10 pounds and have held strady over the past few months as I've added on muscle. So, that's less fat and more muscle - cool stuff.

It doesn't look like much progress, but I've lost 11 pounds and I'm feeling better. I'm optimistic that this is just the beginning with great results to come.

For me, getting smart about water meant actually drinking some. I actually started seeing faster results when I made myself finish drinking a gallon jug of water by the day's end, and I think it's because my body was releasing more water. When I was preparing for those pictures, five days out I drank a gallon and a half, the day before I drank a quart, and I sipped what I needed that morning. Worked for me, hope it does for you!
